At CINUP, we take the headache out of administering your plan by doing the work so you don't have to. Our third party administration system coordinates the details of your pension plan and ensures pension contributions are submitted to the insurance carrier and allocated to members' accounts on the same day they are received at Rice Financial. We strive to provide prompt and accurate reporting to keep your organization running smoothly-it's our way of helping keep your life simple, smart, and stress-free.

Our administrative system allows us to assess and act quickly on situations such as:

  • Overlooked employee terminations
  • Missed deposits
  • Completion of supporting documentation for annual employer/employee reports
  • Determining benefits and payments
  • Assistance with government reporting (BEB & AIR's)

Striving to keep the details of your plan as straightforward as possible, CINUP requires that your plan administrator:

  • Notify CINUP of any changes (ie. new employees, terminations, layoffs etc.)
  • Complete and send an electronic remittance form (manual also available) along with a cheque for monthly pension contributions each month (pre-authorized debit is also available)
