How to use the Great-West Life Group Retirement Services website To access your account information on our website, GRS Access, you require both an Access ID and a password. These will be mailed separately to your home address as soon as your application to join the group retirement or savings plan has been processed. If you have lost your access id and password or if you did not receive one in the mail please contact our Access Line at 1-800-724-3402. They will ask you a few questions to confirm your identity and arrange to have a new access id and password mailed to you.
