To minimize the impact of any mail service interruption, we encourage the following:
Employers: to sign up for my-benefits®. By registering for my-benefits®, you can complete and submit your administration forms online. Also sign up for ebilling to receive your billing statements online.
Employees: to go to www.mybluecross.net and create an account. Here you can sign up for direct deposit, ensuring no delays in claim reimbursements, and submit health and dental claims online. To create the account, use 30000 for the Client Number, and add the numbers 10 to the beginning of your certificate number. For example, enter certificate number 12345 as 1012345.
